This is Dölja. A 50% reservation retainer is required for all longer appointments and will be applied toward your final service total. At Dölja, our pricing is offered as flat rates to help remove the stress of unpredictable salon costs and allow guests to better plan for their appointments ahead of time. For many guests, the reservation retainer also acts as a split payment, allowing the service total to be divided into two smaller payments rather than one larger payment at the end of the appointment. Cancellation Policy
A 50% reservation retainer is required for all longer appointments and will be applied toward your final service total.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may transfer the retainer one time toward a rescheduled appointment if the new appointment is booked and kept. If the appointment is not rescheduled or is missed again, the retainer will be forfeited.
