Welcome to Dölja Salon Dölja (pronounced doo-lee-ah) is a Swedish word meaning to conceal or to shelter. I chose this name because I wanted to create something that felt different from the traditional salon experience—a quiet place where you can step away from the noise of everyday life and simply be yourself. I'm Kristina, the owner and stylist behind Dölja Salon. I've been caring for hair for almost 20 years, but what keeps me inspired isn't just creating beautiful hair, it's caring for the person wearing it. I believe healthy hair begins with listening. Listening to your goals, your lifestyle, your routines, and sometimes even the things that have nothing to do with hair. Whether you're navigating a new season of life, embracing your natural gray, recovering your hair's health, or simply looking for a style that feels more like you, my goal is to create a plan that supports both your hair and your life. Dölja is a private, appointment-only salon designed to feel calm, unrushed, and welcoming. I rarely photograph guests, and I believe your appointment belongs to you, not social media. This is your time to relax, recharge, and leave feeling cared for.
